Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Smart Fuel Sports, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, please review the policy below.

 

1. Return Window

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

• To be eligible, items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items

 

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

 

• Opened or partially used products

• Perishable items

• Gift cards or digital downloads

• Final sale or clearance items

3. Exchanges

 

If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, we will gladly replace it at no cost to you. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue.

4. Refunds

​​

• Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

• Please allow 5–7 business days after we receive your return for the refund to process.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

5. Return Process

​​

1. Contact us at smartfuelsports@gmail.com with your order number.

2. We will provide instructions and a return authorization (RA) number.

3. Ship the item(s) back using the provided instructions.

6. Subscription Returns

 

Products delivered through subscription orders cannot be returned once shipped. For subscription management, please see our Subscription Policy.
