Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Smart Fuel Sports, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, please review the policy below.

 

1. Order Cancellations & Changes

We process orders promptly after they are placed.

  • You may request to cancel or change your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided the order has not yet shipped.

  • Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled, changed, or modified.

 

To request a cancellation or change, please contact us at smartfuelsports@gmail.com as soon as possible with your order number.

2. Returns & Refunds

 

Due to the nature of our products, which include food and consumables, all sales are final.

  • We do not accept returns or issue refunds for food or consumable products for safety and hygiene reasons.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

 

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we're happy to help.

  • Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery

  • Include your order number and photos of the issue

  • We will review the issue and provide a replacement or resolution at no additional cost, when applicable

Requests submitted after 24 hours of delivery may not be eligible.

4. Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges.

Approved replacements for damaged or incorrect items will be issued at our discretion.

5. Subscription Orders

​Orders placed through subscriptions cannot be returned or refunded once shipped.
